I’ve always had great experiences at Davis Jewelers, but this one was truly Google-worthy. Have you ever done all the research online, knew exactly what you wanted, and just needed to make the purchase.. without being sold to? That was me. I walked in on a mission, explained what I needed, and Tyler immediately recognized I was on a time crunch. Within 15 minutes, I was paid, gift-wrapped, and out the door; seamless, efficient, and stress-free. Of course, building a relationship with your jeweler matters, but what impressed me most is how well they adapt to each customer. They meet you where you are and make you feel seen and respected. We had so much fun on our trip to Davis! Our watch specialist was extremely charismatic, fun, knowledgeable, and knew what to recommend! They had such a lovely assortment of beautiful and high-end watches. I also spied an exquisite sapphire bracelet that looked perfect on me. My husband loved it too, but we unfortunately did not come home with it. We were so pleased with Davis Jewelers that we often discuss taking a trip to Louisville just to go there!

I can't begin to explain how exciting it was to work with Davis Jewelers. Ashley carefully listened to me as she designed a new setting from my original wedding set. She kept me updated at each step of the process and celebrated with me as we placed the new ring on my finger.
