Cron Management

spoke to a cron worker and they were terribly rude and unhelpful. they talked under their breath when trying to talked to them about a concern i had with the house i’m leasing. However, a different worker chris the maintenance man was very helpful and willing to help with the needs me and my roommates had.

My experience with Cron Management has been great so far. They have been very accommodating! Maintenance is great as well. I had a few small issues with appliances and they were fixed very quickly. The staff has been very kind to me as well! I was always notified when they were in my apartment fixing thing as well as fixing this around the building.

Cron has been a great place to live this year! Whenever we have had maintenance issues Garrett has been amazing. He’s quick to solve any problem and is always super kind and helpful!

After living in different properties each year of my 4 years at MSU, I can confidently say that Cron Management is the best place to rent from in East Lansing. Their maintenance is mentioned in literally every good review on this site, and for good reason. Their maintenance was fantastic while I lived there. Every other property I have lived at in East Lansing over the past 4 years took so long to do our maintenance requests, while Cron never took longer than a day or two, and whatever they fixed stayed fixed, which I can’t say the same about other properties I’ve lived at. Craig was the BEST maintenance guy ever. Not only was he fantastic at fixing things and efficient, he was genuinely just a really nice guy. Making payments was easy, leasing agents were very easy to get into contact with regarding any issues, and it was all-around a great company to lease from. Rent prices are insane right now, but Cron Management is the only place in East Lansing that I believe has reasonable prices considering how clean, well-maintained, and secure their properties are, as well as considering how amazing their maintenance staff is. Anyone looking to find a new place to live in East Lansing needs to look into Cron Management. Anytime anyone tells me they’re looking for a new place, I always recommend Cron Management, and I will continue to. They’ve been nothing but great to me, and I miss living in their property!

Helen was super helpful and easy to work with in the office. This allowed for a smooth experience in signing a new lease on an apartment for my daughter and her friend.
