Even if you have an idea of inspiration and there is no sample available in the showroom, Jordan is happy to order it in for you to see. Jordan goes above and beyond to deliver for his customers and he has done so for me countless times. Once selections were made, I was constantly kept in the loop on lead times and when the install would take place. Jordan was always available to answer any questions along the way. Creative Floors’ installers are experts in their field and have the talent to delivery a quality install no matter what it may be. Jordan and his team have earned my trust and will continue to be the only company I use for my flooring needs. Jordan cares about his customers and their satisfaction and stand behind his companies work. Amazing experience with our rep, Rob. He was professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and patient with our large first floor project. And Rob’s crew couldn’t have been better. They were speedy and courteous and did an outstanding job with the install. For this kind of customer experience, I would have expected to pay double!
