Luis came out to clean our dryer vent and found out the siding company put siding over the exit vent goes. We had 3 years of build up blocked in there. Luis had to make a hole in the siding after he found the exit for the vent and put a plastic cover on. It took less than 2 hours and he explained everything as he went along and was very knowledgeable and professional. We would absolutely want him again if we needed their services again. On a side note our home was built by Legacy and we have had a few builder issues. Again we want to thank Luis for finding and solving our problem with the dryer.

Been using Cool Concepts for years at our office. Our AC went out yesterday, I called the office around 11am. Full well knew they would be swamped and zero expectations of them getting us in the same day. One of the guys made it out office around 2:30pm. Found, fixed and cleaned everything up and was done by 3pm. SO grateful! We have always gotten excellent service from Cool Concepts and would 100% recommend for people every time.

He really goes out of his way to make sure we understand the issue and the fix. One standout moment was when our AC went out during a brutal heatwave. We were stuck without air for four days, dealing with a warranty company (AHS) and the contractor they assigned was dragging their heels. James stepped in, ordered the part immediately, and had our AC back up and running within a day before the other company even figured out the problem! His quick response and expertise saved us.
