Computer SOS

If I could give negative stars I would. Literally just got scammed out of my computer because the front desk guy has no idea how to communicate with the customers about how long it would take to fix a computer. You can't just say "oh we placed a bid on a part." And expect the customer to know what that means. At least TELL THEM that it would take SEVERAL DAYS to get it fixed because the part needs to get SHIPPED. When I went to retrieve my not finished computer, they confiscated it since i refused to pay for the part that wouldnt even be in my computer so i had to leave it because i was moving out of state the next day. If I knew that I wouldn't have even gone there in the first place. This has nothing to do with the tech. Just the customer service. The man deserves to get fired.

I regret more than I can say about going to their shop. First of all, the lady that I talked to seem to know absolutely nothing about phones. She didn't even know what type of phone I had. Second, I didn't even get the chance to ask questions about how long it was gonna take or how much it was before it was whisked away to the back. It took a day and a half to get it back from there and about as soon as I stepped into the car I noticed that the screen wasn't even all the way on my phone. Since I work a lot, I didn't get the chance to take it back to get it fixed. About a day into using into the Touch ID no longer works. As I was picking up my phone today, I accidentally grabbed it by the raised corner and now there is another crack in the screen. At a steep price of $135 for a screen repair on a IPhone 6s Plus I will never go back.

I looking for a computer not sure what I was looking for. the gentleman at computer SOS was so helpful and very patient with me. He asked me if I was looking for a refurbished computer or one of their newer computer. Explaining to me all of my options. Then after he he helped me I chose what I wanted.He also asked me if he could help me set it up.. Then went on to tell me if I needed anything else I could come back and and they would help me. Lucky for me my computer came with a one year warranty. Thank you Computer SOS. I will be coming back. Thank you.
