Did not even diagnose the problem, replicated the problem 4 times in a row. Actually terrible place to take your PC. 160+ diagnostic and 70+ for labor when they did nothing at all to my pc

I took a laptop that I bought online into them and these guys were very professional and took the time to explain the situation of what was going on with it and gave detailed recommendations. You can tell they knew what they were talking about and made it understandable for me to know what was happening. Staff is also friendly and understanding too. I would highly recommend them. 100% Satisfied and will recommend them to anyone I know.

I could use lots of embellished words to try and describe the WOW factor but words are not enough..TRUST and Confidence is the closest 2 words. Computer Jocks John and Rich instilled those words through their patience and outstanding work (saving me again). I have heard and read that laptops with glued in batteries are not for the 'feint of heart' and they even said hey this could be yada yada. Computer Jocks nailed it like it was an everyday fix. Very clear and concise to me on the process, most of all the whole process from drop off to pickup was excellent. So when you need the fix, don't fall for tricks..I can say Computer Jocks..Rocks... all the way!

Can yall put Windows 11 on my dell latitude 7420 i bought it for 2 dollars an d it has a password i have usb with Windows 11 but cant mánage the reser cunpueter enymore it has a bitlocker now i dont know how it got it
