They solved my computer problem, but it was a stressful and poorly communicated process: I dropped off my computer Friday morning, was told it would be ready on Monday. Tuesday I called and was told it would be ready by the end of the day; it wasn't. Wednesday I called and was told it would be ready by the end of the day; it wasn't. Was not ready until midday on Thursday. I would have made other arrangements earlier in the week if I had known I would not have my computer all week (I don't have access to another computer for my work). Or a call from them to let me know it was taking longer than expected would have been helpful.

I brought my desktop in to have some malware wiped from it. The team was unable to remove the virus so the entire tower was wiped and factory reset, with a few files saved on a USB. For some reason, they decided to reinstall windows on the HDD and format that as the primary drive instead of the much faster SSD, resulting in absolutely cratered performance. I took it to another shop to be reformatted correctly. Relatively disappointed

Computer Guys are always so helpful and professional regarding any and all computer issues. These guys go way beyond their job description to be supportive of not just the computer problems, but also with each customer. Thank you so much for being there.
