This post has been months in developing due to the mental and emotional anguish this company caused me and my family. Upon meeting Shane he came across as an honest and dependable contractor. He and his team completed a couple of projects for my family successfully with little issue ( had to reprimand for not arriving as stated and being non-responsive). These experiences caused me and my family to build undeserved trust in Shane and his company. He installed a RHEEM HVAC & Furnace unit for my ailing 87 year old mother in October 2024. The furnance worked great and because of the season, the HVAC wasn't 1st on our minds. When the stifling heat of MS summer came, imagine our surprise when the HVAC failed. Long story short, Shane was unresponsive even after over 2 dozen messages and notification that our Mother was in in-home hospice and the repair was desperately needed. My family had to resort to trickery to get Shane to answer his phone. He recognized my number and forwarded my calls to voicemail but when alternate phones were used, he answered right away. Had it not been for James, his main technician, this unit would not be operational. Our mother died in a hot house because of Shane's incompetent service to his customer. I would not even have given the one star rating had it not been for James' customer service and abilities. The unit was down 2.5 months! I am writing this review so no other family or individual has to experience the trama our family has.

I am very satisfied with this company's service. Shane White is very honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and friendly. He will be getting all my future business.

This team was awesome!! They made it possibly for us to have our entire unit replaced!! I appreciate every thing they done for us. Service was great!!
