Amy, Kurt and Dakota are fantastic to work with! They are very responsive and always support, install and fix any of our IT issues promptly. I would definitely recommend Coastal Computer Systems. We have been a customer since 2010 and they have managed our MSP Services since 2017. I do not have anything negative to say about this company, we are and have been very happy.

I highly recommend the services of Coastal Computer Systems, Inc. On October 15, 2025, I sent an email requesting their services to setup my new laptop, install 2 security apps, establish the remote connection to my printer and WiFi, and download 7 thumb drives. I received an initial email stating that my request was received followed by a second email listing their charges and an available date and time. I accepted the price and was sent an email with the name of the tech. He arrived as scheduled on October 17 and completed all the items on my list in an hour. He was efficient, competent, and took the time to arrange easy access to my download items.

Dakota and Amy are a great team and really helped upgrade my favorite business laptop. They also do more than computer repair.
