Doctor is legend.but the damm staff,staff is too short and unprofessional,as my experience i went to the counter at 5 AM get my appointment number wait for doctor to arrive at 9Am after that Wait more to get my tern at 12AM get tested and get result at 1:20PM here my whole day going too waste and actually i feel batter before going to hospital then after. TO HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT: "GET MORE STAFF"

Chanab Hospital Gujrat falls short in customer service and appointment scheduling. Staff behavior lacks manners and professionalism, leaving much to be desired. Despite being advised to call early for appointments, the phone lines go unanswered, highlighting the need for an improved booking system.

I went there to see Dr Imtiaz eye specialist.I went there 5am and got number to see doctor.They told me Doctor will come 8am but if you leave the facility i will cut your name you have to sit here.Are you kidding me .This is 2023 but same bad behaviour of staff and i will blame doctor for this thing also.People waste here all day please go and see other eye specialist there are more young and nice doctors than dr imtiaz.

We get appointment and we reched there on time but we wait to much time for check up

Staff is highly unprofessional. They misguided us from 6:30 AM to 9 AM. Please don't go there if you have any emergency, they will waste your time and mean while your condition will become even worst
