They were prompt on the scheduled appointment. They were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They went over with me on the project and what I was wanting. They gave me options on ways to do the project and gave me a very reasonable price quote on the way that we came to an agreement on. I accepted the quote and they did a great job, they did it very quickly. When they were done, they made sure that I was happy with their work which I was. Thank you for your work guys.

My heat went out in the middle of the night Sunday and I called CSM in the morning when I woke up. They got a tech out immediately but the prognosis was grim. My 14 year old system had heated its last night. I was contacted Monday morning by Cameron and we scheduled an estimate after my work day. Cameron was on time, friendly and very professional. We went over my options and I made a decision on a new system and he let me in on the call with his installation techs and in less than 24 hours I had a completely new system installed and completely operational. The instal techs: Ryan, Josh and Jay showed up at 8 am and got down to business. They too were very friendly, helpful, professional and considerate. I'd like to say thanks again to CSM for a unexpectedly pleasant experience.

We contacted Charles Stone Mechanical when our HVAC stopped working. A technician, Ashton Phillips, was at our home within 30 minutes of the call. Ashton was extremely professional from the moment we met and he went to work. He successfully identified the problem as well as a potential further issue. He quickly performed the repairs, keeping us thoroughly informed of his progress. Upon completion he continued to run, observe and test our system before saying he had completed the job. Kody showed up introduced him self and was very professional. Kody went straight to work and explain to me everything he was doing. Kody went straight was very friendly and you could tell he was very experience at his job. I was very impressed with him and the company was excellent to work with.
