When Owen arrived, on time, he was extremely polite and worked quickly to fix the problem. He also answered our questions and told us about some new features central vacs now offer! Eddie arrived on time, was courteous, and respected our home. After completing a thorough assessment of our current central vacuum system he provided us with options to fix our problem. He was extremely knowledgeable answering all our questions. Since our vacuum was over 26 years old we chose replacement. He installed a new system with almost twice the suction of our old vacuum at a reasonable price. I recommend this company.
