This crew is really awesome. They are very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. I had originally brought my laptop to a different repair shop who kept asking me irrelevant questions, and they also stripped the screws on my heat sync. They called me, told me the screws were stripped when I brought it in and there was nothing they could do... After dealing with them, taking my laptop home and drilling out the screws they stripped, I then brought my laptop to Cell-Tech. Right away in conversation I could tell they actually knew what they were talking about. They fixed my laptop for cheap. I wanted to tip them more, but I was so broke I was just grateful. I definitely want to help them with business, and I will be bringing another laptop in soon. I highly recommend this crew.

Top notch staff and service, 5 stars. I bought 2 cell phones and a laptop. Could not be happier with the help of setting them up and the quality\condition. The matte finish screen protector that was recommended protects the screen and doesn't leave fingerprints so for that it's awesome.
