Catseye Pest Control - Norwalk, CT

Working with CatsEye was a terrific experience. Their customer service is GREAT, they were unflappable in creating a plan that worked well with my busy household (I.e. placement of traps where our animals couldn’t reach them) and the depth and breadth of the work is 5 stars. I held off on submitting my review until I could see the results and despite the colder weather, we don’t have any sign of mouse activity. Further, when they found bats in our garage, they returned with a bat house so that we will still benefit from the bats catching mosquitoes in our yard and acting as pollinators. It’s a great investment in my peace of mind and in the benefit to my house (as well as the value!) Everyone I worked with was exceptionally kind and thoughtful with my husband, who has a communication disorder, as well.

Your technician, Dave, is always on time, efficient, knowledgeable and takes his time to answer any questions. Helpful with his advice as well. A real pleasure dealing with a professional that you don’t find with many companies in these “go on-line” times. Face to face interactions are so much more welcoming for me rather than dealing exclusively with anonymous e-mailing. Oh well, am I showing my age? Anyway, good job, Dave.

Services were provided in a professional and respectful manner. I felt comfortable with the technicians that visited my home which is very important to me. At one visit the technician noticed an issue with a new roof—not part of his job but I really appreciated it as I would not have known to look for that. Highly recommend!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We called them to remove a possum. The company pretty much sent a sales rep who acted condescending. He ignored want we were telling him, instead trying to talk us into it being a rat problem. Multiple times I told him this is not a rat problem, we have actually seen the possums. He did nothing, we just wanted him to come and set a trap, not sell us things. He tried to tell us the possum would just leave, no it is making a nest in our wall and now our garage doors are messed up. Don’t use this company.

We had a difficult wasp nest location under a planter that was located next to our back door and patio. Catseye was very responsive and the tech came out with protective gear for removal. Definitely on our recommendation list for future issues. David H
