Thanks to them, we’ll be saving money for years to come — and we didn’t have to put a single dollar down up front for our new combi-unit (a combined boiler and water heater). We had recently moved into an older home that came with a boiler well over 40 years old and a water heater that had clearly seen better days. Not knowing how to light the boiler’s pilot — or if the unit even worked — we reached out to Casper Plumbing & HVAC. They showed up right away. After checking everything over and attempting to start the boiler, it turned out the unit was completely done for. The technician who visited explained that we could replace the boiler through NJNG’s SaveGreen program, and since Casper Plumbing & HVAC is approved for it, they walked us through the entire process. Because of the age of both systems, they recommended upgrading to a combi-unit for long-term efficiency and savings. There were no upfront costs, no interest, and as soon as our application was approved, they scheduled the installation quickly. I also mentioned our thermostat was dead, and they put in a new one during the install. The day after everything was set up, I spotted a small leak. I called them, and they were at my house within a couple of hours to take care of it — no hassle at all. Their communication was top-notch, their customer service was excellent, and they made sure every part of the system was running flawlessly. Reliable, friendly, and genuinely committed to good work — qualities that are hard to come by these days.
