Capitol District Supply Albany

I could not be happier with the service I recently received from Capital District Supply. After being contacted, as a result of making a web site wish list, I was able to conclude my business within a few days. My salesman, Kenny, was an outstanding representative for the business. Friendly, professional, polite and most importantly helpful. I have lived around the corner from this business for years but always opted for the big box stores. I never thought that my one item purchase would be treated with the same attention as the big contractors purchases. I was wrong. Excellent experience visiting this shop. I had been to a few other box stores in the area looking for a very specifically sized part for my tub drain which they couldn't provide any help with. When I showed the gentleman behind the counter here the piece I needed to replace he literally reached under the counter and pulled one out. They were very friendly and I felt no shame for my lack of plumbing knowledge. They answered all my questions very patiently. Ill be back for any future plumbing endeavors.
