10/10 They left my car looking brand new like it just came out the dealer. They were very professional and patient with their customer service. They had originally gave me a two week estimate but only took a week for them to be done!!! 100% satisfied with this body shop highly recommend!!!

I had an absolutely awful experience with Caliber Collision in Clearfield. They had my car for two full weeks, and the entire time I was kept completely in the dark. I was told my vehicle was being repaired, only to find out that not a single repair was done — instead, they ripped the car apart, left it in pieces, and kept it without ever releasing it to me or updating me on the status. When I finally got the estimate, it was nearly double what they originally quoted — and when I brought the vehicle to another shop, I was told that many of the listed repairs were completely unnecessary. It felt like they were just trying to inflate the repair cost to the point that my car would be totaled. Mind you, my vehicle is and was completely drivable — which makes the whole situation even more frustrating. They eventually offered a “courtesy” tow to return my disassembled car to my home, but that was only after I was left without a rental due to poor coordination between them and my adjuster. The lack of professionalism, communication, and transparency was beyond frustrating. I would never recommend this shop to anyone. If you value your time, your money, or your sanity, take your car anywhere else.

From the moment I made the initial call, the representative put my mind at ease. She walked me through the entire process from start to finish in a clear and professional manner. When I brought my vehicle in for inspection, Morayma S. handled it. She was incredibly thorough, asking open-ended questions and gathering all the necessary vehicle details. Once I dropped off the vehicle, they coordinated with the rental car company, who picked me up directly from the shop—making the process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the entire repair, the team kept me consistently updated on the status of my vehicle. When I picked it up, I was genuinely impressed. Horrible experience after GEICO sent my car to Caliber Collision , job was done poorly because they didn’t even fix the entire car. Then when I reach back out to them they put the blame on insurance which is not how it works. According to GEICO they should have done an inspection on my car which doesn’t give me any confidence in the work that is being done or has been done
