Jake was very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to help with my furnance and heating needs. He was highly professional and the company's prices are incredibly reasonable. It was a win-win! I was so pleased I signed up for membership. I am extremely satisfied and would highly recommend.

We had an outstanding experience with everyone at Burns & McBride, starting with Drew, the technician who originally came out to figure out why our 20+ year old furnace had stopped working (it needed to be replaced). We had another great experience with Geoff, who came out the next morning to explain our options, including the available state rebates and how to qualify for them. Finally, many many thanks to Oscar, Oscar and Zack, who did the all-day install that meant we had heat in the house less than four hours before the deep freeze hit this winter. Everyone was professional and courteous and kept their sense of humor during a long day. Top marks all around, and we would highly recommend.

UPDATE (Resolved): Following this review, Burns & McBride scheduled a technician visit, completed the necessary installation corrections, and issued a $100 refund. The dehumidifier has been repositioned, and the outstanding items have been addressed. This update reflects the final outcome of the service. “Photos reflect the condition prior to the corrective service visit.” Original Experience: Following the installation of an Aprilaire whole-house dehumidifier on October 31, 2025, the post-payment experience required multiple follow-ups. The initial installation did not fully align with the signed invoice or manufacturer specifications, and several corrections were needed after installation. Key concerns included: Unit placement that limited access to the main water shut-off Delays and communication challenges before the issues were resolved I appreciate that the company ultimately addressed the concerns and completed the necessary corrections. This review reflects both the initial experience and the final resolution.

Jesse Brown is the nicest and respectful technician that ever has done any work in my home. His knowledge helped solve some options that needed to be made for a heater that was in bad shape. He thoroughly answered questions and gave supporting details. What I was truly impressed with is fact he listened to all my concerns and suggested for a scheduled install of a heater and ac install. He went extra mile taking photos to give to installers so they would have documented all my concerns and suggestions. Thanks again Jesse, congrats on purchase of your new home and expecting daughter in May. You surely represented your company well today!

Ameer just repaired my heating system. He was thorough and extremely professional. He explained every step of the process and when he was done, also did a system check to make sure that my HVAC system was in good shape in general. Would highly recommend!
