I was in need of transmission work on my 2008 Hyundai, a stressful event to start, as this is my primary vehicle and my schedule is very busy. From the moment I contacted Bruno's and explained the situation, I was impressed by the kindness, knowledge, and professionalism of everyone I interacted with. Michael was very clear in his description of the problem and what it would take to resolve it quickly and efficiently. James and Serita were also both extremely kind and helpful, guiding me through the repair process and keeping me informed the entire way. I am incredibly grateful to the staff for making a less than ideal situation a lot easier to manage - I plan to bring my car back to Bruno's for regular maintenance from here on out!

He also asked my son to bring the car back in a week just to make sure everything was still running as it should — that level of care is rare. My cars check engine light was on. They fit me in and diagnosed the problem. Repaired very quickly. James is so nice. Very knowledgeable. Took time to explain the problem to me and didn't make me feel dumb. Sharita at the front desk is great too. Best auto shop in Fayetteville. Only place I take my car.

I've got a whole garage full of cars 16+ between all of my family members and James is our go to guy! He's worked on most of all of them, from foreign to domestic, and never disappoints. Once the warranty runs out, James is who we trust. His service is outstanding, his knowledge is impressive, and his professionalism is top notch.
