I had my semi-annual inspection yesterday from one of their techs. He called before he showed up, was very respectful, changed my filters, explained everything he was doing, and did. There is a reason why I have kept a contract with them for over 15 years! In the past, they have replaced my A/C and did it quickly and for a reasonable price.

Brooks came out immediately and examinied the unit, explained what happened, and walked me through our options. The techs were courteous and knowledgable, answered all of my questions, and was able to give me a quote quickly. Our unit was replaced in no time at all! The techs went above and beyond to clean up after themselves and I was so impressed that they offered to check our other units to make sure they were running efficiently. I highly recommend for peace of mind!

I have replaced two HVAC units via Brooks Heating and Air, along with most of our duct work underneath our home. They also perform semi-annual maintenance on our HVAC units. I've never had a bad experience. Very pleasant to work with, no high pressure sales tactics, timely, and thorough. The staff is excellent; from the front office, to sales, to installation and repair. They are very professional, friendly and communicative. No messes and no guesses! I highly recommend them.
