Bridal's Heaven Salon

I got my bridal make up done a month ago. I was much concerned about the services this parlour would provide me. But this parlour made everyone fall in love with my make up. After a month still getting appreciations. U guys were accomodating, understanding and wise. You blended ur vision with my make up choice. I m happy. A great recommendation in Toba.

I have visited Bridals Heaven Beauty Salon a few times, and while the staff put in effort, there are several areas that need serious improvement. The hygiene standards are not up to the level I am used to in England. The salon is quite dusty in many areas, and the pedicure station has a loose sink and broken tiling. The pedicure utensils were reused between clients without being re-sterilised, which is concerning. The hairdressing area is also not very clean. One of the biggest hygiene issues is the wax pots—they are disgustingly dirty, with wax everywhere. The beauty and hairdressing trolleys also need a thorough cleaning. These things should be maintained regularly to ensure a clean and professional environment. On a positive note, some of the staff, likeMehvish and Sarah, were friendly and provided good service. However, the receptionist, Wajiha, did not create a welcoming atmosphere and burned my scalp while blow-drying my hair. Despite these concerns, I have had a relaxing manicure and pedicure on both visits, and my hair was done well with my own tint, followed by a wash, blow-dry, and straightening. The styling was well-executed. When I asked for photos of the salon, even in areas without clients, my request was refused, which was disappointing. Overall, the salon has potential, but the management urgently needs to focus on hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service. I will return, but I hope to see significant improvements.

They charge premium pricing but the experience is no where close. The staff keeps chatting on your bedside during facials, mani pedi stations need improvement. Plus, no extra efforts like new sponges or care for giving relaxing environment, that one would expect when paying good amount. They're only riding the popularity at the! moment.

Absolutely amazing service. Struggled to find a good salon, as previous experience in Karachi was bad. Staff and api muniza were amazing. Lovely atmosphere, great service and make up for both events were fantastic. Wanted makeup that stayed on during hot weather, and api delivered above and beyond my expectations. Reasonable price as well. Would recommend to anyone local or overseas. Got so many compliments and even though car broke down n the way to the event, even in the humidity and hot weather, my makeup stayed on. Api even recommended what to use for my skin type. Shes a lovely person. Any event or treatment needs done, this is definitely the place to use.

I went here for my hair and makeup for my engagement party. I am from America, so I don't speak much urdu but I can understand some of it. A lot of the staff here knew that I am from America, and they would make snarky comments about me in urdu, thinking I wouldn't understand, but I did. Some of the staff would laugh at me making me feel uncomfortable. (When I was getting my hair done, they would laugh). I was very disappointed by the staff's treatment towards me. The other employees I am talking about are the ones who did my facial, manicure, and pedicure. On the other hand, their hygiene can use some work. I went to the bathroom to wash my face before getting my makeup done, and there bathroom was not that clean. It had a weird smell and the toilet was clogged. However, when I got my makeup done, it was good. I loved my makeup. And the lady who did my makeup was also nice. She was the only nice person in the staff. Also when the staff is getting you ready, they do not listen to you a lot. (Like when you are getting. your hair and makeup done.) You have to keep on telling them what you want, insisting it, then they'll listen. For this place to be improved, I would suggest that the staff is nicer and more professional. Even though a customer might not speak urdu, they can still understand some of it, and they know when someone is talking bad about them. I'd also recommend for this place to improve in it's hygiene.
