When pulling my mouthpiece out of my trumpet that was stuck, the man that runs the front made two noticeable scratches in my $84 Bach 3S mouthpiece that exposed the brass below the silver coating. He seemed embarrassed and said that he'd fix it - when I picked it up he had cleaned my trumpet and polished my mouthpiece very nicely but the two scratches are very obviously still there. He charged me full price ($217) for the service. I've come here in the past and I've had good experiences with his cleaning and maintenance, but the customer service after scratching my mouthpiece was below average - I'll be taking my instruments elsewhere in the future.

Dan was great. Had a clarinet repair that needed a lot of work. Turned out absolutely beautiful and got it done quickly, just in time for Christmas! 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
I called around to 3 places near me. All of Them claim to be jammed up for 3-5 weeks. Brass Monkey got me in and out. They did a ton of little tweaks and fixes on my sons Saxophone 🎷 the Monkeys final price was very reasonable
