I needed our door replaced and used them based off their online reviews. They were very helpful and responsive in the beginning, however after installing new door it had paint missing from several spots on it. Also the inside lower support bar was extremely bent from where our daughters friends mom accidentally ran into our door and they just put the bent bar back on the replacement door. I wanted a new door not one missing paint and bent parts put back on. I called and sent pictures to their office and the lady in the office emailed me back says they were waiting on a replacement door and parts. I followed up several months later and still nothing. They replaced the door around November of 2020, so around 7 months later still no response or contact. I guess I should mention that we were never billed for the replacement door, but I will gladly pay the money for what I originally needed which was a new door and supporting parts. Not sure how you survive or run a business like this but I will never use again or refer to anyone I know.

They were able to come out and replace my overhead opener within days of calling. The techs took to time to pair the remote with my other doors. They cleaned up after themselves and were very professional. Thanks Blue Valley Door!

Fast to get out and repair my garage door. Great business, friendly.

Excellent service. We've used Blue Valley a few times for different garage door issues and are always impressed with how quickly they're able to come and fix it! This last time was during really bad weather and I called them at the end of the day. By 11am the next morning they were at the house with parts on hand and had the door fixed by noon. Thank you guys!
