Blue Beetle Pest Control

Malcom came to look at our house today and he did an excellent job. He looked at the foundation to track the trace and found the carpenter ants with their nest at the tree nearby. He suggested us what to do to get rid of them.

We had a previous pest control company coming to service our home, but any time we missed them due to work coming up, it was very hard to get them back out within the same quarter we paid for to treat inside. Always got the run around on rescheduling. I called Blue Beetle on Tuesday, they were here Thursday. Jonah Lang, the tech that came out was very nice and professional. Provided some tips, set some extra traps and told us how to keep an eye out. Told us to call ANYTIME we saw other issues or to come handle the traps if needed. As someone who works in a client facing capacity and works hard to keep customers returning, when you pay for a service, that's all you need in return, is the service you paid for. Nick was our sales person and asked all the right questions. Then Zach came out to do the services. Both took the time to listen to the issues we were having and provided knowledge on the pests and really seemed to care. I highly suggest Blue Beetle. Especially Nick and Zach.
