Blades of Green Lawn Care

Randy and Arnez were the gentlemen that were assigned to install my holiday lights on my home today. I received all advising that they were on their way. These young men were here from around 8:30am to 5:00pm. They were very courtesy and meticulous about their work. They kept me informed throughout the day. When some of the lights weren’t measured correctly to cover the area, they reached out to the office to get it corrected & have more products brought to them to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction. Excellent customer service! This was my first using this company for Christmas lighting and although the administrative side of this experience (lack of communication, no follow-up, no documentation) needs a lot of improvement, the install team was top notch and I would request Randy and Arnez in the future! GREAT JOB GENTLEMAN!

We have had a contract for checking for mice in our basement, and today we canceled our contract because it was horrible service. The person came at 4:30 PM and we had to provide them a ladder, a flashlight, and then they had the nerve to ask if we had a mouse bag!!! We were appalled that this worker was unprepared! Furthermore, he only stayed 5-10 minutes at most, and then said (without having a bag since he wasn't prepared) "Oh good news, no mice!") We aren't believing that report. We do not want to pay for this visit. Then after that, the person sat out in his truck (however we couldn't see anyone in the vehicle and finally I called the company to explain our displeasure. He finally left our property at 5:15 PM. Who knows what he was doing. He did not provide us a service! Look for another company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are. By the way, all other visits we had to provide the ladder. Some of the other workers actually had mice bags. TODAY was the absolute worst!

Great company! They care about their staff and their clients which makes me a fan simply from that. Their quality is top notch with a knowledgeable customer service staff to help with all our lawn care and pest control needs. Thanks B.O.G Family/Senske.

Currently having blades of Green for the past three years, this is by far the WORST my flower bed has ever looked. They come out here monthly to spray for weeds, but yet my whole flower bed is infested with 4 foot and 6 foot weeds. I wish Google allowed videos. I bought weed killer from Lowe’s and seen better results, INSTANT within days. I’m definitely considering not renewing & canceling all services at the end of the year because I’m CLEARLY wasting my money. I’ve taken pictures, and Videos. The Techs have taken videos and escalated the issue several times but we have yet to get a follow up call, Email, Or even a curiosity Pop up. It’s the same story every time “my supervisor is going to get back with you”. The ONLY Reason this isn’t a one star review is because the technicians have good customer service. Good Customer Service doesn’t out way Bad Results and Wasted money. The amount of money we pay and this is the Results? Unacceptable.

Gabriel was professional and kind. He called saying he was on his way and asked if I had any questions. I was able to see him working on the property and he did a thorough job. All the BOG technicians have great!
