We’ve been going here on enough for over a decade. The owner is knowledgeable. They have reasonable prices and if you show interest in wanting to learn a little Bit about a repair that you had done he’s happy to explain it to you in a way that is understandable. It’s good to support our local businesses. Also, if there’s a specific bike that you want, you can always send them a message to see if they can get it for you

Great staff, great products, honest prices (competitive with internet ones or even better), great in person service. They exactly understood what we needed. We bought a Scott e-mountain bike a couple of months ago: it is great, very light, you can use it with no motor, but then the motor helps you when there is an uphill. BigWheelBike's staff perfectly tuned and adjusted the emtb. Some weeks later, we bought a second one, similar, and we were offered a great deal to upgrade the first one with electronic gear shifter. They perfectly upgraded. You can feel these guys love bikes, and they know exactly what to do for the best, kind, professional service.

I just bought a new bike from here after shopping around all over the NoVA/DC region. Got a great deal and the customer service was excellent. They basically pulled components off one bike and put it on another frame that fit my size. Would highly recommend- much more personable experience than other LBS in the area.
