The igniter was replaced but I didn't get an itemized invoice outlining cost and labor. My technician was here less than a hour. I researched the cost of the igniter. I paid over $346 in labor?! Thanks to my furnace going out on the coldest day of the year! I have a lot of other work to be done but I will find a different company

They were a life saver when our AC went out! Chad was right on time and very courteous. He provided details throughout his visit on what he was inspecting, concerns he had about our system, and cost for repair before performing. I called this company for a quote on a new A/C. They came out and did and estimate, then installed a unit a few days later at a great price. I had a wonderful experience!
