Excellent variety of shoes I have seen in any outlet so far. They have diverse range of Bata shoes, power joggers. Slippers and kids shoes. Bought good shoes for my kids. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Moreover, they are located just left to the first round about upon entering Bahria Phase 7. Loved the atmosphere, loved the shopping.

Extremely disappointed. This was by far one of the worst shopping experiences I’ve ever had. The store had no proper sizes, the quality was below average, and to top it off — no refund or exchange policy even when the product clearly didn’t match what I was looking for. When I raised my concerns, the Assistant Manager was shockingly rude and literally said he doesn’t care if they lose a loyal customer. That kind of attitude says a lot about how they value (or rather, don’t value) their customers. Definitely not coming back — and I’ll be sure to let others know too.

I visited the Bata store in Phase 7 and had a disappointing experience. A product placed in the section clearly marked for a 30% discount was charged at full price. When I pointed this out, the staff did not acknowledge the mistake and bluntly stated that the item would not be discounted under any circumstances. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and misleading. I expected better from a brand like Bata. Such incidents damage customer trust and need to be addressed seriously.
