Worst experience. They gave 1 year warranty but shoes worn out within a week. Once I was buying, I asked them for warranty card; I was told that receipt is enough as a warranty. But once I went to return the shoes, behaviour of staff was really rude and pathetic. They said that its written nowhere on receipt about warranty. So, this is a type of organized fraud. Secondly, they were reluctant to return my money, they were forcing me to buy something else. Highly not recommended

Very bad costumer service. One of the salesman was least interested to serve the me. Guy with a small beard showing sarcasm . 0 star . I also visited GENTS new brand I bought pair of shoe for 7500 . Very good customer service I will visit again and again . And I am highly recommending to all .

No variety there Just went in and came out

Bought these Burgundy color shoes for 13,000RS they barely lasted 4 months. I only wore these shoes 4 to 5 times. Very poor quality and a waste of money.
