Very very bad experience Its like they are not human Treating patients like animals My little niece had small surgery and they didn't numb the area or didn't give any anesthesia And before procedure they told us they will hive anesthesia Imagine a 10 years old girl had surgery without anesthesia And surgeon was Dr Usman Very unprofessional doctor Kept us on waiting for 4 hours And then they want to charge us 15000 extra without computerized slip on hand written

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Bashir Hospital Sialkot. The staff lacked professionalism, and the facilities were far below acceptable standards. The most distressing part was Dr. Shahzad Bashir's unethical and unprofessional behavior. Instead of addressing patient concerns with care and empathy, his attitude was dismissive and rude, leaving me deeply frustrated and dissatisfied. Such conduct is unacceptable, especially in a profession where patient care and ethical standards should be the top priority. I urge the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) to take immediate notice of Dr. Shahzad Bashir's behavior and hold him accountable. PMDC should ban such doctors and hospitals who exploit and loot innocent patients instead of providing genuine care. Patients deserve a healthcare system that respects their dignity and delivers quality treatment, not one that adds to their suffering.

Doctor Ahmed Ammar Very rude and very unprofessional behaviour with the patient admitted in the icu we have very bad experience with the hospital and doctors specially doc Ahmed ammar. Not recommended to anyone. Reception Staff also lake of experience unprofessional.

Was here to see Dr Amanullah bhali for my wife with a 2 years old kid. When called got an appointment for 6:15 pm. Got here at 6 pm to learn that it’s not an appointment system and infact a walk first come serve basis. When requested to accommodate due to kid and no seats at the waiting room; we were told to take a trip ho e or take a walk outside or visit parking lot. Would have given negative stars for the height of unprofessionalism.

My experience with Bashir Health Services Sialkot has been nothing short of a nightmare. This so-called “hospital” is nothing but a money-making trap where human life means absolutely nothing. In the greed for money, they deliberately took actions that pushed the patient towards life-threatening conditions. The medicines provided were of the lowest and most dangerous quality, resulting in a critical and near-fatal situation. Instead of providing care, they played with the patient’s life. Such irresponsible and unethical behavior is not only unacceptable but criminal. This place is a disgrace to the medical profession. I strongly warn everyone: do not risk your life or the life of your loved ones by trusting this facility. They are running a business at the cost of human suffering.
