Top notch, cool, professional and personable. Always more than satisfied. These folks have been repairing our phone and tablet screens for a few years now. Clumsy family. But they're great.

I dropped off my laptop and was greeted immediately by the friendly staff. They kept me updated on what was going on with my laptop and was given an estimate on how long it would take to complete. It was ready on time and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely visit them again if needed.

i went in about a year ago to get my screen and battery replaced, the staff is really nice but when they took my phone in for repair they only told me about a required screen replacement after my phone was already open, my battery is at 58% battery health and doesnt even last 2 hours, the pixels on my screen are dying and turning orange, and sometimes my screen will just refuse to turn on, i have to hard restart the phone to get it to work and sometimes even when the screen does turn on it refuses to accept input on the touchscreen, these are obviously either defective or cheap parts sold by them, will not be bringing my business here again. EDIT: since they claim incorrectly named accounts are used to "defame their brand" i will clarify by saying i did not pay for the repair myself and prefer to stay anonymous, i am not trying to "defame their brand" but simply share my long term experience with their parts (again fantastic service and i hope their service follows in any response i may receive.)

I am so thankful for Bartlett Electronics. They have taken care of my phone issues for quite a while quickly and always a great price. My husband would go there and always come back talking about how nice and helpful they were. Won’t go anywhere else at this point. Love it being such a convenient location as well. Supporting small local businesses is important.
