Balance Point installed a new furnace for me. The communication about everything was great, there was no attempt to upsell anything, and price was very good. I had a question a few months later and their technician Nick came out the next day. His explanations of what was what were extremely good, he listened to and answered all my questions, and even inspected a few other things at no charge.

Courtney was unbelievable... her knowledge, communication skills (explaining technical jargon, differnt warranties, rebates and credits on various brands/models) and her professionalism was very instrumental in assisting me with my furnace and A/C replacement choices / decisions. Mason and Colby completed the replacement of my furnace and A/C ... they were efficient, courteous, knowledgeable (answered my questions and concerns....they put me at ease) and completed a professional installation. I cannot wait to use my furnace with the arrival of the upcoming lower temps.

Just got water heater replaced and couldn’t be happier with the service. Jeremiah arrived promptly and was excellent throughout, explaining as he went along and giving a thorough report afterwards. Balance Point also have been excellent, quickly getting an electrician in to fix a wiring issue they discovered with the old heater install. Very happy with the service and communications and a fair price without upselling. A rare gem, I would highly recommend

Balance Point has been a go-to for our HVAC needs for years now. A few days ago our furnace blower simply stopped at 3:00 am on a 13 degree night, turning our situation critical because of a medical consideration in our family at the moment. With a call into the Balance Point team, Dave was onsite mid-morning confirming the blower issue and we talked all options, from DIY to OEM to furnace replacement given the good 23 years of service our unit had given us to this point...all cards on the table. At our request, Courtney was onsite not an hour or so later spec'ing out a system that would meet our needs and making it as affordable as possible. Her knowledge of all things HVAC/rebates runs deep, and her real life experience makes for an informed and insightful decision making process. She paved the way for Dave and Santana - professional, personal and technically all aces HVAC engineers - to arrive 2 days later. They started at 10:00 am and we wrapped up our very informative demo of the smart thermostat, humidifier, heat pump and furnace before 5:00 pm. Like many others, I usually do my own work because I have a high standard. Dave and Santana met that standard and them some as they set a high standard themselves and take pride in their work. Many thanks to the Balance Point team for taking care of us. BTW, I don't write many reviews, but this one is well deserved.
