😡😡 Two much delays to deliver the orders some time an hour or above. And their service and behavior of the staff is not good at all. All the staff even the senior staff at the floor are in sort of a panic state. Food taste is also not of the mark. In short "NOT TO GO SPOT📍"

Taste not up to the stamdards i have eaten 3 times there 2023, 2024, 2025 and every time I'm disappointed today i ordered chicken chargha and separate kabli pulao chicken chargha was prepared well but it was bland lack of seasoning and kabli pulao i was getting a hard scent of buffalo meat i have easten kabli pulao from all states but this was the worst I'm sorry to say that but it's true

I'm visiting 2-3 days every week, and everything is perfect food quality atmosphere cleanliness. but the problem I had faced couple of time Is that I ordered, and waiters don't listened carefully, and when he come back (after waiting with my guests more than 40 minutes)we received wrong quantity of food, which we ordered, it's so painful to dealt it with in routine 1-2 times can happen but if keep happening and management didn't sorted out these issues then unfortunately we have to look for other restaurant

Only ate karahi. It was very good One half karahi, 3 chapatis, raita and water costed total 1440. Pretty reasonable. Quantity served was above average

Tried their small BBQ Platter twice. The food actually tastes good but their tikka isn’t cooked properly. Chicken is very hard to chew, especially their tikka Chest Piece. This is where the positives come to an end. They don’t have a clue about how to serve customers. Some waiters straight up ignore you. Apko 4 5 dafa bulana parta hai tab jaa kar apki baat sunay ga koi. Platter was served in 35-40 mins and raita lana bhool gaye thay. When asked, the waiter said ke raita 5 mins mai aa raha hai. Food was getting cold and upon asking again after 5 minutes, we were told ke raita abhi fresh tyar ho raha hai. Finally the waiter brought the raita 20 minutes after serving the food, which went cold. Their platter mentions “Kabuli Pulao” but this is the first place jo kabuli pulao without beef serve karta hai, plain rice. When I confronted them about this, the waiter in an annoyed way, said “sir chicken aur meat hai to sahi alag se platter mai.” None of their waiters will come to your table themselves to ask if a customer needs anything. I had to call them more than two times to give us the bill. This was one of my most frustrating experiences at a restaurant. Almost forgot to mention that the sitting is never clean! Not recommended at all!
