I took my Durango to them after months and months of costly repairs. They have great service and wonderful energy. They found the issue very quickly and they were very diligent. I would highly recommend. They’re a little pricey but the work is well worth it. They put forth every effort to fix the problem. I never do reviews but they earned my business for sure.

Took my Equinox in for a diagnostic after receiving an update from a dealership during an inspection. I was super reluctant to do so after what I was told by the dealership, but am so glad I did. The staff was friendly and the mechanic(s) who looked at my car reassured us that nothing was seriously wrong and we just needed an oil change. Where some other shops may have tried to take advantage, not this place! I appreciate their professionalism and honesty. I will be taking my car back for other needed repairs!

They have a very friendly and professional staff. Once I got there, they ordered the part for my SUV, which didn't take very long. Also, it didn't take long at all for them to install the headlight connector wire harness pigtail plug on my 2021 Honda CRV. I definitely will going back there again when I need my car serviced. I was so happy when they told me I get a year warranty for them installing the part. Not too places will give you a 1 year warranty. That definitely made me even happier to want to back again. 🙂

It has taken me months to write this review, I had to make sure that my experiences were not just flukes. From my Nissan, Sentra, my Cadillac xt5, to my mini Cooper I have received nothing but excellent and fair service. I will not take my vehicles anywhere other than Auto RX here in Charlotte. I appreciate all of the work that you guys have done and continue to do, your timing is impeccable. I always get my vehicles back the same day if not the next day. They never perform any work without consulting you and letting you know what is needed exactly how much it’s going to be parts included and if they run into any issues during your repair, they will call you. Tell you what it is and ask you if you’d like them to proceed. When you pick your vehicle up, they have a screen that they show you what they fixed. I love these guys.

I’m a real person and this is an unpaid review. I believe in giving good reviews when earned. The AutoRx Center team is outstanding! Reminds me of my dad’s garage as a kid. Communication with Osman and the service team was clear, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. What truly set them apart was the willingness to go the extra mile. They found specific parts and called me to schedule the repair. Online scheduling was easy. This level of service is uncommon, especially for import vehicles.
