I recently moved to Charlotte and saw a lot of recommendations for Gino’s Auto Repair on Reddit and Google. I decided to give them a try, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The management went above and beyond—not only did they take care of my car efficiently, but they also gave me some helpful recommendations on potential issues to keep an eye on. Their pricing was fair, and the service was top-notch. I highly recommend Gino’s to anyone looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

New to the Charlotte area - needed to fix electrical /warning lights issue that had been happening for several months. Left car there all-day, they diagnosed and repaired for a better than reasonable price; friendly, responsive service. Highly recommend and glad I found them! Definitely will return in the future.

These guys are great and super helpful. I suspected I needed a new fuel pump and was expecting $600-$800. I called and had them take a look. I had to go out of town so left my jeep with them over the weekend. They called me and said it’s not your fuel pump but it’s a relay switch. The part was only 50 bucks. Saved me tons of money. Thanks again

Great experience. I took my SUV to Gino’s for a lot of maintenance work, change the timing belt and to fix my broken AC. I was quoted what I feel was a very fair price. When I got my car back it rode like new. The guys in the shop were honest, knowledgeable and did excellent work. They are genuinely nice people too. It is a relief to have a go to place when I need work done on my SUV.
