ASU responded to my request within minutes and had someone same day. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He had to order a part for my washing machine and came out to replace it the day it arrived. Great communication and fair with pricing. Thanks for the help!

ASU Tech technician Sayan did a great job repairing the upper rack of our dishwasher. The replacement part took a few more days than expected, but Sayan managed the experience very well. I will use this appliance repair service in the future.

The whole process was very simple. Sam came out and figured out why my refrigerator/freezer was not cooling in about 15 minutes. Ordered the part and less than a week later was back and replaced it! He let me know exactly what was wrong and why it was this part that needed to be replaced. I would definitely use ASU again!

I contacted ASU Tech Appliance Repair to see if an older refrigerator could be repaired at a investment property. Upon the technician's assessment, suggested with the amount of repairs needed a replacement would be more economical. While at the property, the tech contacted me as the landlord to discuss the repair needs and overall cost while in ear shot of the tenant. I respectfully asked if any business matters could be discussed privately next time. The technical said ok and voiced concerns about providing immediate payment. I responded by asking for a few minutes as less than 5 minutes had passed upon receiving the invoice. I explained I was driving and could not pull over immediately to process the payment. I was only charged a service fee. The pressing payment request would be my only negative feedback comment. Outside of that, the response time was prompt and communication was adequate.
