Assured Heating & Cooling

The team at Assured Heating and Cooling did an awesome job installing a mini-split heat pump in my bedroom. The bedroom is on the second floor, and that room was impossible to keep cool with my central system. My new heat pump now keeps that room frigid!! They installed the unit in one day—even though much of the work was in a wicked hot attic—and I couldn’t be more happy with their CLEAN install. If you have the same hot bedroom issue I had, I recommend calling the folks at Assured Heating and Cooling before the summer heat.

just now New I made a review a long time ago (2023 to be exact) and I guess they deleted it. They work for slumlord apartment complexes and allow them to make tenant sweat out through the summer (until you call the city inspector; who instantly got them the fix) and then after fixing the guy looks you in your face and says you have air (IT WAS 68 degrees on Oct 4th). I said THANKS AND WAS MORE INSULTED THAN IMPRESSED. They came multiple times and said the 20 degree rule (if it’s less than 20 degrees inside; than it is outside, it’s ok, it’s just working the air harder. Let me also say that that is bs and if they say that the slumlord is paying them extra to mistreat tenants. While I was not the customer paying; IT WAS MY UNIT THAT I PAY RENT FOR THAT THEY WERE FIXING… so immediate customer or not! I was the CUSTOMER. What makes me more angry is they thought they’d fight Google to delete my post and have it removed and I’d never know it happened. Here’s my new review. The solution was made when I called our city inspector and reported slumlord behavior and inadequate mistreatment. What’s even sadder is we had a special needs toddler and 4 other kids. More than a few people in the household have asthma. They allowed poor treatment and we had 4 er visits for asthma attacks because this company wanted to keep their business w the slumlords than to provide humane care for the tenants. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Solution was found after I had enough and had a city worker force them to complete. They replaced the entire unit inside my unit and on the ROOF!🤯🤯😡😡 👿 👿

We have used Assured for 2 separate but similar install projects. Both experiences have been very easy start to finish. Communication about the projects has been excellent. Installers are professional and knowledgeable. Bruce is courteous and knowledgeable and easy to reach whenever we have a question about our equipment. We would definitely use Assured again and we recommend them to anyone needing HVAC equipment or serving.

Today, Ben, a Jerry Kelly technician came to do a routine check of our HVAC. This could have been an uneventful visit, but for how personable, professional and thorough Ben was. He explained everything that he was going to do before he did it and was very capable. Then, he took time to answer my questions and show an interest in the household that he was serving. He was genuine and mature which was very refreshing. Continue to grow your team with technicians like Ben Tudor and you will always have a winning team!
