I am a Real Estate Agent and contacted over 45 companies to see who can do a Structural Engineering Inspection for a Buyer Client of mine. Out of 45 of those only about 4 companies could do the service and those companies charged a ridiculous amount. Ash here at Ash Engineering, was very responsive, was able to do the job as soon as possible, did not hurt my Clients' pockets as bad, and gave a great report. I am so happy I found ASH. I had not had a good experience with my last engineer. I only talked to his salesman and couldnt communicate what I needed in detail, and when I asked for a change they wanted to charge me for a whole new design AND add framing charge, which I didnt need. I called around and Ash was that most communicative and was already giving me suggestions before I even signed a contract. He was very quick, and very affordable. He asked me many questions to fully understand the project and he answered my ton of questions. He also gave me an alternative solution without even charging me, which is almost unheard of nowadays. He is definitely my engineer going forward.
