Their customer service is bad , they charge more than prevailing rate & return policy is worse. When returning gold bought from them, they tell you conditions which make it almost impossible for you to return it. Instead of them , opt for Sonika jeweller.

My recent experience with ARY Jewellers left me quite disappointed due to their pricing and policy. When purchasing 24K gold, they charged approximately PKR 3,000 more per tola than the prevailing market rate, along with an additional PKR 1,700 for packing. The situation becomes even more unfavorable when selling the gold back to them. They deduct PKR 3,000 per tola from the current market rate and also subtract the packing charges you originally paid. This means that, in addition to paying above-market rates during purchase, you incur significant losses when selling it back to the same jeweller. While their designs and presentation may be attractive, potential buyers should be fully aware of these hidden costs and resale policies before making a purchase. In my opinion, transparency in pricing and buy-back terms would go a long way in building customer trust.

I’d like to leave a zero star review for ary jewellers. Had a really bad experience there and would not return. Customer service was exceptionally poor.I had high expectations when I walked into this jewelry shop, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.To top it off, their prices are high and return policy is extremely restrictive, which only adds to the feeling that customer satisfaction isn’t their priority. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest advice, fair pricing, or even basic courtesy.

Assalamualaikum Explaining my experience, Shop was overcrowded, CSR was very busy with clients.I waited for half hour, because they are not taking orders, due to rate fluctuations. Then after they have me one slip with number, on which you have to pay your money. They will call your token number, you will pay and take the bill.After 25 working days,you will receive your order

I stopped by ARY Jewellery recently to pick out something special and ended up choosing a pair of earrings and a pendant. The store itself was spotless, with everything neatly displayed, which made browsing a lot easier. What impressed me most, though, was the staff. One of the sales man patiently showed me different designs, even pulling out a few pieces I probably wouldn’t have looked at on my own. He didn’t rush me, and at one point we even laughed about how indecisive I was being. That little interaction made the whole experience feel personal instead of transactional. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but honestly, with jewellery like this, I feel you get what you pay for. I walked out happy with my purchase and confident it’ll last. If you’re looking for fine jewellery and don’t mind spending a bit more for quality, I’d definitely recommend ARY.
