Altaf Jewellers

It was our first experience buying from them. They were Very nice treats customer with respect. Negotiable rates. Love buying from them. Will definitely buy from them again.

Impressed with customer services. I bought a set and soon after reaching home, found a defect in piece. When notified , owner apologized and explained that it was their fault for not showing you the issue of the item we picked. He then took up charges for repair and made sure I am satisfied with their services.

Mr. Altaf's assistance in selecting my bridal jewelry was an absolute blessing. Initially hesitant, I was quickly put at ease as he patiently guided me through every aspect of the process, demonstrating an unparalleled expertise and dedication to ensuring my satisfaction. His hospitality knew no bounds, as he graciously served us appetizers, chai, and juices while we deliberated. Despite our tight timeline, Mr. Altaf's reassurances calmed any worries, and his swift action in rectifying a minor mistake, even driving from Pindi to Islamabad at 2 am to ensure timely delivery, epitomizes his commitment to excellence. With impeccable service and stunning jewelry, Mr. Altaf earns a resounding 10 out of 10. I wholeheartedly endorse his work to both overseas and domestic Pakistanis, urging them to entrust their dreams to his capable hands.
