They replaced my furnace in less than 24 hours from the initial inspection — which was incredibly impressive, especially during cold weather. Artic Air did a tremendous job replacing my entire main level HVAC System including Furnance, AC Coil and AC Condensor. My experience started with Chris Rotante, Sales, who came out to the house for a free estimate. He spent over an hour reviewing my existing setup and comparing to the ductwork capacity of the home to determine the best replacements. He suggested we upgrade the size of the furnace and the AC to better match the ductwork capacity. Artic Air was the only one if five contractors who did more than just come in, note the equipment I had and just price out exact replacements. With Artic Air, the price they quoted me ended up same or better than any other contractor and they use top of the line Lennox Equipment with higher capacities. The other things that sealed the deal fo me were the 5yr Labor warranty they offered in addition to the standard manufacturer warranties, zero percent financing for 18 months and they also covered the cost of all permits and any other HOA requirements. On the installation side, Tim Bondarenko and his team completed the work in about 4 hours. They are a team of 3 all working in unison. One tech focused on the installation of the outside condenser and the other worked with Tim on the furnance and AC Coil replacement. Their work was meticulous both inside and out. Even with the existing snow on the ground and the rain coming down they installed the outside unit perfectly. Digging out the area, making sure it was level and laying down a thick layer of stone to support the base. On the inside they replaced all the old wiring and PVC exhaust piping. They went into great detail to insure all wires and pipes were bracketed down. Before leaving they swept up everything and took all the old equipment and trash with them. The end product was perfect and looks great in my utility room. Lastly, once complete, they explained how the system works, showed me how to change the filters and answered any questions I had. Great experience with Artic Air!! I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to friends

Fredrick Akeridge from Arctic Air Conditioning was extremely professional and friendly. He explained the different options and pricing that were available to me. Frederick did an exceptional job rebuilding the inner guts of the toilet. I could not ask for more. Also a shout out to the office worker (sorry I did not catch her name) who arranged the appointment in lightening speed. All around it was a great experience. I would not hesitate to use Arctic services in the future.

I had a total HVAC replacement. Furnace, AC, and water heater. Eugene Tugai was the head technician and he and his crew of 3 others was excellent. They were very neat and proficient while installing everything. Each one worked on a particular task and was very professional. At the end of the job everything was swept up clean. All of the old equipment was removed and hauled away. I am very happy with the service and results of the installation. I am usually very critical of the quality of service because I was a technician for over 35 years (not in HVAC) so I guess my expectations are high. I would definitely recommend Arctic Air Conditioning for their prompt and courteous service and a big shout out to my Comfort Advisor Vincent DeMarco for his patience and knowledge in helping me make a decision on the HVAC system.👍🏻👍🏻
