Very Honorable staff Such A decent work in pakpattan I sujjust u

I wanted to deliver some flowers to my family in pakpattan. I made the payment online and we decided 1 pm for delivery. I wanted it to be delivered earlier but they didn't have any slots available before 1, so i went on with the delivery, but i was disappointed with such an unprofessional demeanor, they delivered it 2 hours late and the flowers weren't even fresh. They need to provide better customer service.
