Matthew responded within the hour, quickly diagnosed the issue, and helped me determine a replacement was worth the investment over the cost of repair. His professional, courteous, fast communication saved me time and money, and he even gave me some practical advice to let the new fridge settle after delivery for a day before plugging in. Amazing service that I will be using in the future and recommending to others!

I called Matt in the evening when my oven began showing an error message. He called me back the same evening which was a pleasant surprise. He ordered a replacement part and installed it efficiently. He made sure that the stove repair was successful prior to leaving and made sure all of my questions were answered. Great experience 👍

Matthew was awesome! He fixed our ice maker in the refrigerator quickly. I ended up having to call another company since the warranty company through Home Depot, Allstate was horrible. Matthew responded right away and showed up the same day. He definitely knew what he was doing and had a lot of experience. His communication was outstanding. He even checked in with me the next day to ensure it was working, which of course it was. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Dont even bother going thru manufacturer. This is who you need to go thru. Knowledgeable, fast, and scheduling was literally same day and no 4 hr window. Matthew provided incredible help and explained what and how my issue arose and how to prevent it and why. Incredibly helpful, could not recommend enough.

The technician showed up early and proceeded to complete the repair of the stove's oven and broiler inside of 1/2 hour. I can't say how much it cost since the work was done under a maintenance contract with a third-party middleman. The tech was very competent and an interesting conversationalist. I'd recommend Appliance Techs, LLC for anyone who needs the services they offer. I would feel confident hiring this firm to repair any of my appliances for which they offer repair services.
