⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I rarely write reviews, but this little apple shop deserves every star. From the moment I walked in the smell of fresh fruit hit me — bright, sweet, and impossibly crisp. The display was gorgeous: perfectly stacked Honeycrisps, shiny Gala rows, a small bin of tart Granny Smiths, and a handful of unusual heirloom varieties I’d never seen before. I mentioned I wanted something for snacking and the worker — who introduced himself as Dave — immediately launched into a mock "apple sommelier" routine, pairing each variety with a goofy one-liner that had the whole shop laughing. He handed me a sample slice and then, without missing a beat, recommended a 3-minute stovetop glaze to make the best caramel apple I’ve ever tasted. Dave didn’t just joke — he paid attention. He asked what flavors I liked, suggested a mix for apple pie (Honeycrisp + a little Braeburn), and wrapped my purchase in brown paper like it was a tiny present. At the register he surprised me with a tiny sticker that said “Apple Aficionado” and shouted out a punny goodbye that still makes me smile. Prices were fair, the produce looked spotless, and the whole place felt like a neighborhood gem where everyone knows your name — and your favorite crunch level. If you want fresh apples, a friendly vibe, and a cashier who doubles as a stand-up comedian, this is the place. Highly recommend — I’ll be back next week.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Apple Store last week. I brought in an accessory that I purchased last year — a product made by a brand officially partnered with Apple. Since it not works, I simply wanted to ask whether it could be repaired, exchanged, or returned. At first, the staff told me “of course we can help” and asked me to sit down and wait for the technician. After waiting for about 15 minutes, another employee came over and suddenly told me that Apple does NOT repair or replace accessories from partner brands, and that I would need to contact the brand myself. I tried to ask basic questions such as: What is the repair or replacement policy? How do I contact the correct service team? If I bought it from a third-party retailer, would the brand still repair it? The staff's answer was simply: “We don’t know.” This was extremely confusing and frustrating. Apple sells partner-brand accessories in their own stores, yet the employees cannot explain anything about the repair process? Even worse, I was first told that Apple could handle it — only to be told the opposite after making me wait for so long.

I had a frustrating experience at the Apple Store in Briarwood Mall. My MacBook screen, which I had repaired for $500 in November, broke again within three weeks. Getting a new MacBook was already on my mind the first time, but since I was concerned about my data, I chose to go for a screen replacement in November. We have been using different MacBooks for the past 16+ years, so we know how things work and how delicate they are. I booked a Genius Bar appointment and waited an hour to be attended to, only to be met with an extremely rude and irritated staff member. He informed me that they would only replace it for free if it wasn’t physical damage. Since it was, I had no choice but to pay another $500. He showed no willingness to help and shut down any discussion about alternatives. I was already feeling terrible about losing my MacBook and all my data, and his attitude only made the experience worse. This kind of customer service made me lose interest in Apple, it could have been handled much better. Last week, I prepared myself and booked another reservation, and thankfully, I met Steve, who turned things around. Instead of spending another $500+ on an old MacBook, he suggested getting a new one, which made sense. He also helped me transfer my data to Time Machine, which was a huge relief. While I’m still disappointed with my initial experience, I truly appreciate Steve’s help. Thanks to him for his valuable suggestion and assistance it was reassuring to know my data was safe. Although I felt bad about spending so much on an old MacBook, at least I had a clear path forward. Apple needs to work on improving its customer service because one bad experience can push customers away.
