DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE. Whatever you do… do NOT go here. The first picture was taken right before my inspection and the second was after. My car immediately broke down after going here. My husband could have been hurt or killed and if my kids had been hurt they’d be dealing with a major lawsuit. You cannot play with people’s lives like that and get away with it. Editing to add — they told me that my car had worn tie rods, needed new tires, an alignment, and new control arms. None of those things caused my entire wheel to almost come off. Every lug nut on my wheels were loose when he got home. My husband fixed the studs himself that broke off after he went to AmeriFix. It has since driven us to Alabama and back (did before we went there as well) and all over the place with no issue and without any of the things fixed that they had listed on the sheet given to us, that by the way costed an outrageous amount. **Don’t think I haven’t read the other reviews where other customer’s had loose bolts and such that resulted in damage after leaving this shop.**

I had a really great experience here! A couple of weeks ago I was driving thru on my way down to Alabama for a wedding with my wife and boys. Stopped to get gas and started to hear a rattling noise coming from the engine. Our trip was just before the snow storm hit and I did not want to get stuck and not make the wedding. I started to scramble to find a mechanic available, and was ready to spend an arm and half a leg, as everyone was booked solid. AmeriFix was busy also but Tim told me to come thru and they would take a look. I just needed to know if I could risk continuing with my travels or if the rattling would end up ruining my car and I should wait for repairs to happen. They pulled the car in right away and found I had a broken bracket underneath that was causing the rattling noise. They even walked me into their shop and showed me what they found. There were a few other items that needed attention but they said it could wait for my return home. They made a quick fix to the rattling and ran a couple more tests to clear everything in order for me to continue my travels and had me out on the road within the hour. Truelly AMAZING! Thank you Tim and thank you AmeriFix!

UPDATE: at 8:08pm tonight, Joseph responded to the email I sent and met me up there to get the keys/car. They did send a text at 4:40om that did not come through immediately and did not give us enough time to get there by 5 PM. Happy to get this resolved tonight! *************** BEWARE!! of Ameri-Fix formerly Auto Fix on Royal Oaks!!! My daughter dropped her car off at 3:30 PM for an oil change and confirmed that they closed at 6 PM. Website also confirms 6 PM. They confirmed that they would have the car ready before closing. We returned at 5:10 and they were closed!! Keys to the car which includes keys to her apartment are locked in the building until Monday morning. ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE TO CLOSE AN HOUR EARLY WITHOUT A PHONE CALL & WAITING FOR US TO PICK UP!!! We could have paid over the phone and they could’ve hidden the keys. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We called other locations, that were still open, but they denied having a contact for the Franklin location.

My first time going here and let me say, I was blown away! Ty, my service advisor, took such wonderful care of me as well as the technicians! They fixed the problem in just an hour and my car has never been smoother! Thank you so much Ty and the rest of the crew here! You guys have a new loyal customer! Update: I took my vehicle back here for a big job and these guys executed it flawlessly, I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful and honest company with the best people for the job. Again, thank you Ty and the techs who worked on my mustang! You all are the best!
