I called to ask about screen security for my cats, who love to sit in windows. Ken had a wonderful suggestion that I'm going to try. He was also sweet as peaches and I really appreciated his knowledge and manners. When I check out his suggestion, I will update this review and call Ken and let him know. Thanks Ken.

Although the work he did and had done and the window was basically what was expected and normally happens with a reputable company; his follow through leaves much to be desired with respect to removing the dirt taken from the hole needed to install the egress window. More detail on Sunday if he fails again.

Ken came out and gave us insight of where best to install our wall mount dog door, and was able to promptly schedule an install. Crew arrived early, got right to work and did a great install, cleaned up after themselves, and we now have some happy free range dogs! You could tell the gentlemen doing the install knew their stuff and they took time to do a good job and assess the wall before just cutting into it. They also offer a warranty if any issues arise Glad we found Ken and American Windows and Doors as they made this whole process so easy Highly recommended!

Hi Ken, Although you arrived 30 minutes late to our 8am appointment, we appreciate you coming out on December 11th to measure our windows. Due to the lack of follow-through and communication regarding the quote, which we still never received after reaching out to you numerous times, we’ve decided to move forward with another company. Window replacements require a high level of responsibility and reliability, and based on our experience so far, we don’t feel this is the right fit for our project. Thank you for your time.

Ken took on a window replacement for me on short notice, so that we could get our Townhome egress window up to code for our Short-term rental. Ken was easy to deal with and we are pleased with his work. We would recommend him to others and use him again.
