American Way Storage

We have rented a 10 x 30 unit first with Springfield Storage for about two years and the last year with the new owners American Way Storage. The units were brand new September 26, 2022 when we began renting. They were and still are in pristine condition. Our daughter’s things that had been stored were in good condition even after almost 3 years. The owners have been very responsive and helpful. The mid monthly reminders of the upcoming rental fee is very helpful. They are very easy to get to off of route 55. They are surrounded by a security fence and a security code must be used to enter. We are very pleased with American Way, Storage and would use them in a heartbeat if we needed a storage unit again.

Just needed storage for a few days but had to rent for the remaining of the month. Easy set up online. Clean and convenient. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for extra space. I didnt get the price quoted online and i was charged more money after filling out information online and hitting the pay button. Hopefully they will make it right. But still gave them 5 stars. 8/07/2025 they wanted me to leave another review on my experience on moving out of the storage unit. Moved out already, just needed storage for a month. Fast and easy, over the phone. I'm 5 hours away and customer service was excellent. And i did get the internet rate. If you need extra space don't go anywhere else because this place will treat you right. Excellent customer service 🔥

Safe secure location & my belongings, I never have to worry about the integrity of security. This is a great place to store your belongings no matter if it’s sentimental or great value it will be here exactly as you left it! Oh how can I forget to mention the price, crazy reasonable & discounts on your first & second month, if you hurry!!!

Do not recommend for safety of your belongings. Unit was broken into. Staff called us and were apathetic stating they noticed a lock wasn't on our unit. No attempt was made to assist to see if there was a break in. When we went to look at our unit, multiple other units had locks cut off, grinder marks on the doors, one unit had the door smashed in. Since then there have been multiple additional break in attempts on our unit. This location is highly targeted by thieves. Avoid if you want your items to be safe

I enjoyed American way storage. They are quick, easy and convenient to use and sign up online was a breeze. I had my storage for about 3 months and got the first month free and low down payment. It was easy to find and access anytime day or night. Thank you for all your help and service I would highly recommend = )
