Allstar Appliance Parts

Do not buy anything from this seller. This seller was playing games with customers and cheating customers. I purchased a GE dishwasher control board from Walmart.com (Order# 2000119-56685921). I installed on the machine and it only worked just more than a month then it broke. I contacted Walmart and the seller. after 3 times, I was told to send the part back to get the refund. Then I sent it back and they received it. then I was told the return time was over. They refused to refund. Here is the time line: 4/25: Received the part. 5/11: Part installed. 7/2: reported the part broke and contacted walmart service center. Was informed to wait for 48 hours for response. ~7/30: Contacted walmart service again. Was informed to wait for 48 hours for response. 8/10-8/20: several phone calls with allstar. Finally I was told to ship the part back to the seller directly. 8/22" Sent the part back. 9/17: Contacted Allstar again and was told time was over for return. No refund. 9/17. Contacted walmart service again....... Now it is too late to do anything even disputing the charge. Response to Allstar's comments on 11/05/2024. I never received any email or phone call from the seller. I did find their phone number on website and called them. I was told the address on the receipt is NOT right and was given a new address to ship the part to. Being honest is the foundation of any business; no customer wants to deal with liars.
