AAA Garage Door

Worked with Blake on my garage doors. Most seamless process I’ve ever went through. Sent me plenty of options and got it scheduled right away once doors came in. Santana came and installed them within a couple hours. Very thrilled and impressed with how easy the process was. Recommend to anyone looking for garage doors. Very professional!

Highly impressed by Colby and his coworker today, they did an amazing job replacing the two panels and it looks good as new. The color matched perfectly and he even replaced a couple of parts that were cracked and needed replaced. Also, they were extremely efficient with their time. Overall, would highly recommend this company, just know you may need a couple weeks lead time on parts, depending on what they may or may not have in stock. 10/10 and would definitely use them again in the future!

In general, AAA was good. But when I had them come back for same issue, (8 months later) to see what was going on, they charged me. I asked when I made appt if their service had a guarantee I was told yes. So I figured no charge, since same issue, just checking on things. He came, checked it out, suggested it could be this. I asked how old opener was, he said 18 yrs. Asked if he thought I should just get a new one. He then left to talk to someone in truck. Came back and was told if you don't buy our opener, we will charge you for service call. If you do, we won't. What kind of service is that? I even called next day to question that, the guy I talked to sounded on my side and would check and call me back. Did not get call back. I just feel it's a little shady to do that. And BTW, would cost $525 for new one/w installation. I'm just a little disappointed.
