Found them on Internet & went into store yesterday looking for a new light weight vac for a senior lady. Cody took his time with me & I bought a new vac. Stopped back today & met Steve who answered my question immediately. If you are looking for a good honest place to purchase a vacuum or get one repaired, look no further, this is the place. I highly recommend A-Kleen Sweep! After a quick call with Steve explaining my Beam issue, he promptly texted me his contact info for pictures and very quickly followed up with replacement options. I stopped in the store that afternoon, and he expertly helped me make a selection based on my needs. The service was efficient and friendly—I was back in business right away and am very happy with the purchase! Steve is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. I will definitely be back with my next vacuum need or maybe a new central-vac install in a few years! A-Kleen Sweep is top-tier.

I have been a customer of A-Kleen Sweep for 40 years and every time I go in I am reminded why they are the absolute best people with whom to do business. They are always honest and trustworthy and will never overcharge or take advantage of customers. They recently helped me to decide on a vacuum that better met my needs but resulted in a loss for them. They truly put the customer first. I only wish more businesses would practice the values they do.

These guys are amazing! Fast and efficient with their communication as well as how fast they responded to my need and how fast of a turn around it was to have my vacuum done.
